Our goal is to get your product to market quickly, at a reasonable price. The vacuform/thermoform process is ideally suited to this goal. Over the years, working in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have seen the need for a shop that can help customers with the design process, selection of tooling, plastic recommendations, samples and prototype or short run production needs. As most of our customers are local, we can offer face to face customer service and quick response time.

Some of the products we produce are medical and electronic packaging, custom trays, liners, molds, point of purchase displays, equipment covers, bezels and most anything that can be molded, fabricated or die cut. We can mold thicknesses of .02” to .375” using most types of plastic including recycled plastic.

Many options exist to produce thermoform tooling, at varied prices, to meet your specific needs. We use tools that are cast aluminum as well as machined aluminum. We also use tools made of epoxy, composite and plaster. Some tools are made out of wood using the skills of old school pattern makers. If you require a long run part with precise tolerances, we are able to CNC machine aluminum molds. We work with you to determine the most appropriate tool for your job at the best possible cost. Part quantities can range from as few as one to many thousand. The vacuform/thermoform process is gentle to molds and often a low cost mold can produce hundreds or even thousands of parts.

There are times when a part does not even require molding. All that is needed is a simple bend. We have strip bending capability to 36”. We have the ability to die cut to .090”. Additionally we offer plastic machining, turning and fabrication should you require these services.
